Our Ramadan Umrah Package includes accommodations, guided tours by students of knowledge, Ziyarah visits in Madinah and Makkah, suhoor meals, the Bani Adam Care package, a private villa evening, lectures & reminders, ihram garments, the Umrah Seminar, visa, and ground transportation.

For full packages, flight tickets are included to make your journey hassle-free.

For non-flight packages, we provide flight assistance to help you secure the best options. You'll also receive personalized support throughout your journey. We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish.

What’s not included?

At Bani Adam Tours, we provide flexibility to enhance your journey.

‍Tailored Add-Ons
Activities like horseback riding, go-karting, and archery are available at an additional cost, with transportation to the activity locations included in your package.

Meals
While suhoor and selected meals are covered, some meal times are left open for you to explore the culinary variety of Makkah and Madinah.

Full Package vs. Non-Flight

The Full Package includes everything you need for your journey: flight tickets, accommodations, guided tours, Ziyarah visits, suhoor meals, the Bani Adam Care package, private villa evening, lectures & reminders, ihram garments, the Umrah Seminar, visa, and ground transportation. This option ensures a fully hassle-free experience, with all major travel arrangements handled for you.

The Non-Flight Package includes all the same services except flight tickets. However, we offer flight assistance to help you find and book the best flight options from your departure city. This option is ideal if you prefer to arrange your own flights or if you're traveling from a country not included in our Full Package.

How does it work?

Booking with us means you're choosing a stress-free journey where all the typical travel headaches are taken care of. From essential accommodations to transport and reservations, we handle it all for you.

Our expert Trip Managers are there to support you throughout your journey, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while you focus on what matters most: your Ibadah.

Additionally, you can enhance your trip with various add-ons and personalized options, giving you more flexibility to make the most of your free time.

How much is a deposit?

The deposit amount varies depending on the trip and package. For our current Ramadan trip, the deposit is $499 USD, which is equivalent to $719 CAD, £499 GBP, $899 AUD, or 499 EUR, based on the currency you choose.

Do I need a Visa?

Yes, a visa is required for Umrah, and it’s included in our package. We’ll handle the entire process for you unless you’re from a country that requires a special visa. We assist travelers from regions such as Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and select countries like Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, and Uzbekistan.

Special Villa Evening: Share a memorable private dinner at a villa, with separate sections for brothers and sisters, and enjoy amenities like a swimming pool, football, and other activities.

Adventurous Activities: Enjoy experiences like horse riding, go-karting, and archery. Transportation to these locations is provided, with dedicated arrangements for brothers and sisters.

Enriching Learning Opportunities: Take advantage of sessions with students of knowledge who offer inspiring lessons to encourage your growth and understanding of Islam.

Exclusive Programs for Brothers and Sisters: Participate in tailored activities and gatherings designed for brothers and sisters individually, ensuring everyone has meaningful experiences.

What Hotels will you stay in?

We ensure our guests stay in the finest 5-star hotels. Pullman Zamzam Madinah and Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah are among our preferred choices. However, we may occasionally select other hotels of equal or superior quality, all conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Haramain.

Can I extend my trip or stay extra days?

Yes, you can add pre- or post-trip accommodation in Makkah or Madinah, or even customize an extended itinerary to suit your needs. Simply let us know after your booking, and we’ll take care of the arrangements. Please note that these options come at an additional cost.

Can I join as a solo traveler or with friends?

You can join as a solo traveller, with friends, as a couple, or with family. Our group trips offer a welcoming environment for everyone, allowing you to connect and share the experience as brothers and sisters in faith. For those seeking a more personalized experience, we also offer private packages for families or individuals.

What is our cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 60 days before the trip:
Your deposit can be rolled over to a future trip or used for another Bani Adam service, with no expiration date.

59–35 days before the trip:
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount, excluding the deposit.

34–15 days before the trip:
You can receive a 25% refund of the total amount, excluding the deposit.

14 days or less before departure:
No refund will be provided.

However, at any stage, if you are able to find a replacement traveler to take your spot, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

For packages that include flights, any cancellation or changes related to the flight ticket after it has been issued or confirmed will depend on the policy of the airline booked. Airline ticket rules, including refund eligibility and fees, are subject to the specific terms set by the carrier.
