What is included?

Our Ramadan Umrah Package includes accommodations, guided tours by students of knowledge, Ziyarah visits in Madinah and Makkah, suhoor meals, the Bani Adam Care package, private villa evening, lectures & reminders, ihram garments, the Umrah Seminar, visa, flight assistance and ground transportation. You'll also receive personalized support throughout your journey. We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish.

What’s not included?

At Bani Adam Tours, we provide flexibility to enhance your journey.

Flights
Flights to and from your destination are not included in the package but can be arranged after booking through our WhatsApp support team or booked independently.

Tailored Add-Ons
Activities like horseback riding, go-karting, and archery are available at an additional cost, with transportation to the activity locations included in your package.

Meals
While suhoor and selected meals are covered, some meal times are left open for you to explore the culinary variety of Makkah and Madinah.

How much is a deposit?

The deposit amount varies by trip. For our current Ramadan trip, the deposit is $499 USD (approximately 404 GBP, 485 EUR, 726 CAD, etc).

Do I need a Visa?

Yes, a visa is required for Umrah, and it’s included in our package. We’ll handle the entire process for you unless you’re from a country that requires a special visa. We assist travelers from regions such as Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and select countries like Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, and Uzbekistan.

Adventurous Activities: Enjoy experiences like horse riding, go-karting, and archery. Transportation to these locations is provided, with dedicated arrangements for brothers and sisters.

What Hotels will you stay in?

We ensure our guests stay in the finest 5-star hotels. Pullman Zamzam Madinah and Hilton Convention Makkah are among our preferred choices. However, we may occasionally select other hotels of equal or superior quality, all conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Haramain.

Can I extend my trip or stay extra days?

Yes, you can add pre- or post-trip accommodation in Makkah or Madinah, or even customize an extended itinerary to suit your needs. Simply let us know after your booking, and we’ll take care of the arrangements. Please note that these options come at an additional cost.

Can I join as a solo traveler or with friends?

You can join as a solo traveller, with friends, as a couple, or with family. Our group trips offer a welcoming environment for everyone, allowing you to connect and share the experience as brothers and sisters in faith. For those seeking a more personalized experience, we also offer private packages for families or individuals.

What is our cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation policy applies:-More than 60 days before the trip:

Your deposit can be rolled over to a future trip or used for another Bani Adam service, with no expiration date.

59-35 days before the trip: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount, excluding the deposit.

34-15 days before the trip: You can receive a 25% refund of the total amount, excluding the deposit.

14 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.

However, at any stage, if you are able to find a replacement traveller to take your spot, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
